David Gonski AC

David Gonski AC is one of Australia’s most respected business leaders and company directors. He is a leading philanthropist and provides strong community leadership, particularly in relation to education in Australia.


He is Chancellor of the University of New South Wales, President of the Art Gallery of NSW Trust, Chairman of the UNSW Foundation Ltd, a Director of Sydney Airport Corporation Board, a non-executive Member of LeapFrog Investment’s Global Leadership Council, a member of the board of the Lowy Institute for Public Policy, Patron of the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation and Raise Foundation, and a Founding Panel Member of Adara Partners.

Pip Marlow is Chief Executive Officer, Salesforce Australia and New Zealand. In this role, Pip is responsible for ensuring Salesforce delivers on its values of trust, customer success, innovation and equality for both its customers and community across Australia and New Zealand.


Prior to Salesforce, Pip was Chief Executive Officer Customer Marketplace at Suncorp, where she was responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of Suncorp’s business including strategy, customer care, partnerships and innovative solutions that add value for customers. Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip was at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA. This culminated in her role as the Managing Director of Microsoft Australia for 6 years.


Pip is also a non-executive director of the Rugby Australia (ARU), sits on the Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Board at UTS,  is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity. She is a passionate advocate for flexible and diverse workplaces that empower people.

Mark Nielsen

Mark Nielsen is Global CEO of Talent. Over a career spanning more than 25 years Mark has held C-level roles across start-ups, turnarounds and multinational corporations. This experience included organisations in Australia, South Africa, China, the UK, and the USA, and across the recruitment, technology, resources, retail and medical device sectors.

 
Throughout his career he has held executive and non-executive director positions on listed and unlisted company boards. Mark’s current role is managing Talent’s $700m+ global business. He is also the co-founder and board member of Talent's charity Talent RISE, which addresses youth unemployment through the mentoring and placement of young people into technology-related roles.

 
In 2018, Mark was named Australian CEO of the Year (CEO Magazine), Professional Services Executive of the Year (CEO Magazine) and Recruitment Leader of the Year – Australia (SEEK SARA Awards).

Georgie Dent is a journalist, editor, author, MC, facilitator and prominent advocate for women’s empowerment, gender equality and mental health. She is the contributing editor of Women’s Agenda, a contributor at Marie Claire and a columnist in the Sydney Morning Herald and The Age in Melbourne.  Her best-selling memoir, Breaking Badly, was published by Affirm Press in May 2019 to critical acclaim. Georgie is a regular television commentator on The Drum and ABC Weekend Breakfast and has made appearances on Lateline, The Drum, Weekend Sunrise, Channel 9’s Today Show, The Project, Studio 10 and Sky News.
